This charming villa, with its numerous shaded terraces and large infinity pool (6 x 11m), has a wonderful view of the sea, the island of Panagia, distant Corfu and the mountains of mainland Greece. Ideal for large parties of up to eight, Villa Flora boasts a separate and spacious fully equipped apartment below, ideal for teenagers or grandparents plus a cosy studio cottage in the grounds. Adjacent to the pool is an elevated dining terrace with full barbecue facilities enjoying the same impressive views across the pool to the sea. For those who wish to escape, there are several quiet corners to read and relax whilst the amenities and activities of Gaios are a mere 25-minute stroll or 5-minute drive. Whilst maintaining its own independence and privacy, Villa Flora can be rented along with The Stone House and The Artist's House to provide a spacious venue for an extended family gathering or a group of friends.

Villa Flora is 4-bedroom villa (sleeps 2-8) from 11 June to 10 September 2023 only. Before 11 June and after 10 September it is a 3 bedroom villa (sleeps 2-6) as the lower level is not accessible.

There are: 3 parking spaces at the top of the driveway 2 parking spaces in the Simpson lay-by off the road 1 parking space halfway up the driveway on the right- hand side DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION Please note that our driving directions are written with kilometre readings; it is therefore essential to reset your odometer before leaving the New Port. The kilometre readings given in these directions are only for guidance and may not be exact. If you have requested any booster or child seats, please ensure you check the fittings before you set off. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right! 1. Leave the “New Port” car park turning LEFT up the steep hill. Don’t follow the road closest to the water. Follow this road for 1.4km until you reach a TJunction. Turn left here. (Signposted Gaios and petrol station). 2. Follow this road down the hill. When you reach the bus stop and telephone booth, go straight across with the supermarket on your right - hand side. The road is very narrow here and can become very busy. Just past the hardware store the road splits into two; take the RIGHT- hand side (1.9km) at the bakery, there is a NO ENTRY sign to the left. 3. At 2.1km there is a pink house on the left. Carry on and at (2.3km) turn left for Gaios. Continue down the hill (2.5km); you will be at the waterfront with the Genesis restaurant on you right. Turn right along the coastal road. 4. At (3.5km) the Paxos Beach Hotel is on your left; continue along this road. You then pass through a very narrow piece of road with yellow railings. Your villa is just ahead (approximately 50ms from the yellow railings) (3.9km). After you have passed a small parking space on the road on the right with a Simpson sign you will see another Simpson sign on the wall, which is the steep driveway to your villa. (Do not go up the first steep track without the Simpson sign on it, as this is another villa). The access to the villa is up a very steep track and it is advisable to pass the entrance and turn your car around, so you are approaching it on a straight line rather than around a steep bend. Make sure you turn off your air conditioning as this takes up to 30% of the engine power. You may also need to take luggage up separately to the passengers on your arrival. At the top there is very limited turning space for more than one car. You may wish to park on the road for the duration of your holiday after offloading luggage. There are some steps up to the villas to the right of the steep track. We advise you to use these and not to walk up the steep track.
