Positive: The location is superb – just a 5-minute walk (even with skis) to the Planai lift. The property is very clean and pleasantly quiet, with almost no noise from the street. The ski room is extremely practical, including heated radiators for ski boots, which were perfectly dry every day. I also really enjoyed the sauna (often just for myself) – a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.
Negative: Overall a very positive experience - 9 of 10 These are just small details that could easily elevate the stay even further - to 10 or even 11 of 10 :-) Some of the furniture feels a bit outdated and a light refresh would be welcome, especially the couch in the Wohnküche, which is less comfortable if used for sleeping (a topper could be a simple improvement). Storage space could be better optimized for four guests (more shelves and hangers), and the kitchen table feels impractical and stylistically out of place compared to the otherwise nice interior. The motion-sensor light and fan in the toilet are quite disruptive at night; a manual switch option would be much more sleep-friendly.
Summary: Great location and comfort after skiing – just a few small upgrades away from perfection.
