There are two bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning - wardrobe - french door to the courtyard. The house is fresh and airy thanks to its front-sea hilly position. AREA - SERVICES - MOBILITY: we are located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the whole of Southern Sardinia, quiet and busy with very few vehicles. The commercial area of the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of minimarket - bar - restaurant - pharmacy and ATM services as well as the possibility of shows and evening entertainment. The "Campana Dune beach" can be reached with a short walk. From June to September, guests can enjoy their stay even by moving only on foot. The car is essential only from April to May and from mid-October to reach the services in the area. The car is always recommended to increase the spectrum of activities that can be practiced in the area, and to also visit the beaches, restaurants, farmhouses and in general all the noteworthy places that cannot be reached on foot.
