Positive: Beautiful large villa with plenty of space and great swimming pool. The views are lovely, good bbq area, 20 mins from the airport and playa de palma beach. The beach is lovely with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Negative: The villa could benefit greatly from some thought and attention. The main dining area outside has only 8 chairs in a villa for 10 people, the larger table around the side has 0 chairs ? There were only 8 sunbeds. Air con in only 4 bedrooms and 1 in the living room, although the top floor air con is not efficient in anyway as there is no door on the room, also no hanging space in the wardrobe and no dressing table. The ensuite bathroom was very tiny on the top floor and again no storage or dressing area. They really could utilise this space much better. The draws in the main bedroom on the first floor were all broken and in need of replacing, the toilet broke whilst we were there along with the shower, coffee machine and a leak on the roof. The pool was not useable when we arrived as was very dirty from the previous renters. The kitchen had no tool or gloves to remove hot items from the oven. I was also asked to pay for all electricity used , this was not stated in the details and i was only made aware the evening before we arrived, i was not happy and made that very clear to Maria but it didnt leave us with much choice being the night before so we had to pay. I didnt leave the full amount as the pool filter had to be left on permanently to help clear the pool. Whilst some of these problems were attended to promptly I feel like there were just too many issues during our stay for me to think this was good value for money. Please put some thought and care into looking after this villa....it could be an amazing place instead of just ok.
