Villa Syama is situated on the North East Coast of the paradise island of Koh Samui, enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Phangan and Tong Son beach, just 100 metres below the villa. Conveniently located to the airport and major tourist attractions, yet secluded and very private. Villa Syama is in the company of some of the most exclusive homes and resorts on the island and is approached by a private road with 24 hour security. The accommodation oozes luxury and comprises 2 master bedrooms and 3 further guest bedrooms, all en suite with air conditioning, ceiling fans, living room, dining room, modern open plan kitchen and additional maids kitchen, leading onto the 143sq.m entertainment deck and sala with a 32sq.m infinity edge pool. Villa Syama's pool is fresh water and does not use salt or chlorine. All rooms enjoy stunning ocean views.
Villa Syama comprises of two master suites upstairs with king sized beds / dressing area, safe and balcony with breathtaking sea views. The master bathrooms are sumptuous with sunken baths, rainwater showers, his and her was basins and sea views to the horizon.
Bedroom 3 is on the pool deck area and has a queen bed and en suite.
Bedroom 4 is also on the pool deck and has 2 single beds and en suite.
Bedroom 5 and 6 are on the lower deck and both have an en suite with sea views from the bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a double door fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker and blender.
There is a games room with a pool table on the bottom level.
The living / dining area has seating for 10 persons. There is 42 ' LCD TV and DVD player which is connected to the satellite TV system.
The Sala is the perfect getaway spot to admire the views, read a book or just relax.
Full time staff ensure you enjoy your leisure time and the towels and sheets are changed every 3 days but can be more frequent if required for a small charge. Chef service is also available and the Villa lends itself to alfresco dining on the pool terrace.
Massage and baysitting are also avaiable on request. Coninental breakfast is provided and our staff can arrange for shopping if required.
