"Villa Kuta is located in Nai Harn Beach and shares a beautifully designed and recently-completed Balinese compound with other five villas, being part of Villa Suksan development. Each villa is set in its own private garden with tropical plants, flowers, and a private swimming pool. The Excellent swimming beach of Nai Harn is just two minutes away, and so are many restaurants, activities and attractions. A drive of less than 10 minutes takes you to Chalong Bay and Kata beach with many of Phuket's best hotels. It's about 30-45 minutes to Phuket's international airport and to Patong Beach with its great variety of shops, restaurants, and night life.
Villa:
The Villa was completed in August 2009, completely renovated in June 2017. It is designed in U-shape around the swimming pool consisting of two pavilions (Master Bedrooms) connected to a large living and dining area.
The property has been designed and built to provide an extraordinarily beautiful look. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool includes a Jacuzzi hydro massage and is one of the main features of this property, finished in the traditional Andaman dark blue ceramic tiles, with underwater lighting providing an elegant and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
With an indoor/outdoor area including the swimming pool, garage and a spacious terrace gives the property an overall area covering a luxurious 370 Sq. m .
Entering through the main gate you step into the main building accommodating the spacious living and dining area with five large glass doors opening up to the sundeck, swimming pool and garden.
Living and dining area:
There are two comfortable sofas and a long Indonesian wooden table seating 8 and perfect to entertain guests. In the living area there is 42'' LCD television with cable receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. There is a Home Theatre system with Radio/CD player and I Pod dock to connect your personal I Pod or I Phone; you'll find also a play station with a choice of games.
The open kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, climate-controlled two-door refrigerator, 4 rings ceramic hob, hood, microwave, blender, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local art crafts.
The two Master bedrooms have a four post king-size bed with individual walk-in cabinet and en-suite bathroom. The Third bedroom has a beautiful bamboo King-size bed, built-in cabinet and shares the spacious bathroom with the Master Bedroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have luxurious down feather pillows, down feather duvets and black-out curtains to guarantee undisturbed sleep even during daytime.
Security:
The entire community is monitored by a 24 hours CCTV (closed circuit television) system and recording device. This villa has its private monitor which enables the guests to control the surrounding area and main entrance."
