This charming stone bungalow within walking distance (3-4min walk) to the beautiful white sandy beach of the Indian Ocean. On the other side an abundant farm land (lagoon) over 200 acres in size just 300 meters away.
The space
There are places you can discover in the nature by yourself like a Ranger. This area is huge and rarely populated. It is a quite different experience and gives a chance to feel the heart beat of mother nature while you stay very close to the beautiful ocean. While close to cities like Hikkaduwa and Ambalangoda and this place fulfils all needs of a tourist who wants to stay in Sri Lanka with a piece of mind. The house stands on a large plot of land 1100m2 in size. The house is new and it's surrounded by wall all around. So it's very secure. All the rooms are attached to bathrooms and whole house floor is tiled. English style kitchen is complete with kitchenware with brand new Mahogany pantry cupboards. The house can be used immediately for a short holiday or for a long-term stayer can be permanently occupied.
