Villa Les Prés is a new, modern villa for 6 persons with a private pool. From the garden, with surrounding wooden terrace, completely renewed in 2023, you have a beautiful and unique view of the Chateau of Entrecasteaux! The village of Entrecasteaux with its cozy center is also within walking distance of the house.
The house is equipped with all modern comfort and tastefully decorated. The house, the terrace and the pool are wonderfully south-facing. For the sports enthusiasts there is a Jeu de Boules court with petanque balls, 3 mountain bikes and 1 normal bike and tennis rackets. Children have also been thought of with lots of children’s books and inflatable pool equipment!
There is a lot of parking space outside and there is one spot in the garage.
INTERIOR
Villa Les Prés is a tasteful and modern furnished house with a beautiful view of the Chateau of Entrecasteaux. This villa for 6 people was recently built. The house has a modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, built-in oven, Senseo, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge. There is also a separate freezer and a washing machine with ironing board / bolt. The living room has a cozy sitting area with TV (laptop available including French and international channels but no satellite) and a radio / CD player / Bluetooth. WIFI is available in the house. There is also a large dining table for 8 people and a cot and high chair. In the living room there are large doors to the terrace where there is also a 8 person dining table. There are also several sunbeds to relax at the pool.
The bedrooms have all three good quality mattresses and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds, each of 2.00m x 0.80m and the 3rd bedroom with its own bedroom has 2 single beds of 2.00 x 0.90m. These mattresses are all newly purchased. Each room has sufficient storage space. The bedroom at the front has a private bathroom with shower and sink. The 2 other rooms share a spacious bathroom with bath / shower combination and a double sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
* Floor cooling: This system will lower the temperature in the house slightly. This is done by means of a pipe system in the floor construction. In most cases the temperature is a few degrees lower than room temperature. To prevent condensation on or in the floor, the water temperature in the pipes must not be lower than 18 degrees. This system is indirect and does not have the same effect as air conditioning.
EXTERIOR
Villa les Prés is situated on a terrain of 1000m2. There is a large terrace around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and a comfortable lounge set. The terrace around the pool is built out of quality wood. From the living room you can enter the terrace where there is an 8 person dining table. There is a large Weber gas BBQ to prepare a delicious meal. For sporty bikers there are 3 MTB bikes and 1 normal bike (including helmets, safety vests, etc…). ready to enjoy cycling.
Behind the house, is a jeu de boules alley where you can play ‘petanque’ as the French call it. The village Entrecasteaux is a cozy and very authentic village with some very nice restaurants. Also the nearby village Salernes is a nice village, with good restaurants and a nice market. Definitely worth a visit!
A big advantage is that the tennis court and the football field of Entrecasteaux are only a 5-minute walk away. The “cave coopérative” where you can buy wine is also within walking distance of the house, ideal for a visit!

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 150 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)
Bed linen ( € 12,50 p.p.) and (bath)towels (€ 12,50 p.p.) are not included but available on request.
Pets are allowed on request at a reservation cost of €30 per dog per stay

Pool heating is available on request in the months April, May, June, Septembre. You can contact the rental agency directly after booking to add this to your reservation.
