Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful apartment. There is a short staircase down to reach the front door. Upon entering the unit, you are greeted by a large kitchen and open concept dining and living space. Stay connected with Wifi and remain comfortable with AC available in each bedroom and living room. Take advantage of your private balcony and public pool in the complex.
The condo has a very functional layout, with the bedrooms being separated from the living space by a hallway. This allows for more peace and privacy where it is needed. The balcony is another great space to get away, read a book or just gather your thoughts.
The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite full bath. There is AC, and plenty of storage in the closet and dresser.
The guest bedroom features a full size bed, and bunk beds with a twin size top bunk and full size bottom bunk. There is also AC and a lot of storage in dressers and a closet. The guest bathroom is right next to this room for easy access.
This property features a rare find in a condo, a cistern that provides a back up water source in the event of an outage!
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the laundry room. There are two locked closets where we store our supplies, but don't worry, there is still plenty of closet space and dressers to store your belongings, even if you pack heavy!

The pool will be closed for renovation starting November 23, 2023. At this time we do not know when the pool will be reopened but this listing will be updated as we get more information. Please send a message with any questions!
During November 2023 we updated the look of the living space by updating some of the furniture and decor. We hope you like the new look! We have also decided to stop charging a cleaning fee on top of the rent. We believe in providing a more simple pricing structure without excessive fees.
The exterior of the complex and the grounds are currently undergoing renovations. The buildings are being painted, the roads in the complex are scheduled to be re-paved soon.
