Positive: Villa Mint exceeded all our expectations and was a perfect choice for our family holiday. This was our first trip to Bali with our three children (ages 5, 9, and 11), and from the moment we arrived—despite a delayed flight and late check-in, the experience was seamless. Indra provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the villa, down to practical details like light switches, making it feel as though we had stayed there before. Having visited Bali for over 16 years and experienced numerous villas across the island, this has easily become one of our favourites. I initially had reservations about the open-air living area not being air-conditioned, but it turned out to be one of the highlights! Naturally cool, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and family time. The kids absolutely loved it. The location is also exceptional, with every convenience and a wide range of establishments just a short walk away. Indra's communication, both before and during our stay was prompt, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. For our family, Villa Mint was an absolute 10/10. We look forward to returning in the future.
