Positive: It’s exactly like the pictures, it’s super clean and the cleaning staff came once during our stay and left the place super clean. The location is good since it’s not in the middle of the mountain, very easy to access, easy to get a taxi and has a 7-eleven very close. The villa itself is great in general. 3 couples could fit perfectly, there could be even a bit more room for kids. It’s the property with the most utensils I’ve been, it has all needed, furniture and electrodomestics are very good.

Negative: It’s a pity but the payment of the villa kinda ruins the experience and can be very stressful since the host takes the card payment in booking only as an insurance and told us after our check in that the payment of the villa must be done in cash. On the other hand, the weather is very hot and the air conditioning feels like is never enough in the living room. The cost of electricity and water, even if informed feels like a ‘hidden cost’ because we were barely at the villa and nearly turned on the AC, however the total cost for one week were an extra of 2500 THB, so we recommend you to consider around 3500 extra per week if you plan to use all ACs and to actually spend time at the villa. The doors are sliding glass doors, finding the trick to close it with keys is hard and even though Thailand is usually safe, feels very unsafe to be honest
