This modern villa will surprise you with its breathtaking views. Located in a beautiful and quiet residential area of ​​Bonaire, surrounded by pine trees, the villa's location is ideal for up to eight guests seeking relaxation and tranquility. The Old Town of
Alcudia, with its many restaurants, shops and supermarkets, is just a 5- 10 minute drive away. The beaches of San Pelle and San Joan are about a 5-minute drive away. The long sandy beaches from Port d’Alcudia are only a 10-minute drive away.
This two-floor villa offers everything you want. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, there are several private parking spaces. The large 14-meter rectangular pool has an easily accessible stepped entrance. The white sun terrace faces the mountains and the sea and promises breathtaking views. There are several modern sunbeds where guests can relax.
Inside, a cozy and bright living room and dining area are connected to the outdoor terrace through a large glass door, enough to relax and enjoy your evening dinner with the most sensational views of the sunset over the bay. It has a large dining room, two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The interior is chic, cool and contemporary, with white walls and wooden floors decorated with modern art.
The well-equipped kitchen has an island that offers cooking space and additional seating. A barbecue is also available. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with elegant bathrooms. From the large windows, you can wake up to the most sensational scenery every morning. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in dressing rooms, so bring your most stylish wardrobe on holidays. Summary: We stayed in the property with a family of 4 so there was plenty of space and a choice of bedrooms all with large ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipt however there is a lack of sockets for appliances, having the toaster/ kettle and coffee maker on at once was not possible. The kitchen also has fairly small work surface area, which again was okay when cooking for 4, but I felt it may be more of a challenge if cooking for 8. The property is walking distance (20-30min) to the local harbour which has 3 lively restaurants, but the walk back up the hill is challenge at the end of the evening. The location, from the top floor and the dining level provides beautiful views over the sea bay, unfortunately the swim pool is overlooking the property below, having said that the pool area is private, and it is only the back of the property you see below. Inside could do with some more low light options/ side lamps if spending more time indoors, however we were outside enjoying the views. The sofa's would also benefit from being reupholstered The entrance gate was unfortunately very temperamental, sometimes it would open, sometimes one side would open etc however I'm certain that if this is reported it can be serviced and sorted easily. Parking for 3 cars will be tight, and need good hand break as is Further more some of the bedroom doors felt insecure, the locking mechanisms were difficult to operate. Hopefully the above comments are taken as positive criticism.
