Positive: The property has a lovely view on the sea which allows it to benefit from a constant breeze even in the extreme heat of the summer. Loved the terrasse and the exterior. The house and rooms were nice clean and spacious. It was also functional with all kitchen utensils and wash room with washing machine. The pool also has sea water which we liked.
Negative: It was advertised as fully air conditioned however only the master bedroom had AC. We would have enjoyed cooling throughout the house or at least in the two other bedrooms as well as it was terribly hot at night. With the fans and windows open it was okayish. There is also a really foul smell coming from one of the bathrooms and this is a pity as we did like the house overall. They haven’t fixed the issue despite so many clients complaining about it. Pool looked bigger on the pictures.
