Its south-facing façade with its 2 terraces and 2 balconies (each 8 m² in size) offers a beautiful sea view over Tarco bay and the Bavella mountain range.

1 Ground floor level:
• an air-conditioned living room of 35 m², sea view, with 2 sliding patio doors opening onto the terraces and the garden comprising:

- a furnished living room includes a white leather sofa (3 places) and a white leather pouffe, a white coffee table and a television table with television (French TNT).
- a dining area includes a low sideboard, a rectangular table with 2 white lacquered extensions and 8 chairs covered in white imitation.
