The owners have carried out a rigorous and accurate renovation using only materials (such as stone) from the surrounding area and period while ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture. Spectacular 360° views from the garden over the surrounding hills. Very peaceful position: the road in front of this Tuscany villa rental is used by only a few residents. At guests’ disposal private swimming pool (12x6 depth 1,35 m) (open from the 19th of April to the 10th of October) with spill-over edge, counter-current swimming, hydromassage area for 8 people, changing room, WC and shower, situated on a natural terrace a few metres below the level of the villa equipped with tables, chaise-longues and chairs, play are area for children with swing and slippery dip. Furniture with antique ornaments, paintings, period doors and prints, Persian carpets. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort. Complimentary for weekly stays: welcome baskets (spaghetti pasta, tomatoes pasta sauce, salad, bread and parmisan cheese with Chianti wine, coffee, milk, tea, sugar, butter, toasted bread, croissants, marmalade, cereals, fruit juice), basic cooking ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar), 3 hours cleaning/once a week (Wednesday). Services upon payment to be requested at the moment of booking: maid service, cooking at the villa, extra linen change, private driver with car or with the customer's car, babysitter, home delivery service for groceries, hairdresser, beautician or masseuse at home, bodyguard. On request possibility of catering for up to 50/60 guests with or without entertainment, guided visits to museums or art cities, painting courses (on canvas or ceramics), Italian cooking classes (specialized in Tuscan recipes) and wine tastings. Independent heating and air-conditioning in all the rooms, courtesy set in each bathroom. Baby bed, high chair, 3 mountain bikes, some basic household hygiene products and safes are at guest's disposal. The house is equipped with an alarm system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency kits. Internet connection. Parking inside the garden for 5 cars.
PLEASE NOTE: in the winter season Villa Roncovisi is perfectly dividable into two separate houses with separate services and comforts outside and inside (2 kitchens, 2 entrance gates, 2 parkings): VILLA RONCOVISI A (7-11 sleeps, m2 380) and RONCOVISI B (6-8 sleeps, 120 m2) which can be rented separately. VILLA RONCOVISI A and VILLA RONCOVISI B are totally independent because outside they have different automatic entrance gates and parking areas. The garden is all open but each part of the Villa looks onto its own area. Inside an iron door separates the 2 houses.
VILLA DELL’ANGELO is situated in the same property (approx. 30 m away), but in an entirely independent position. The VILLA RONCOVISI and VILLA DELL’ANGELO can be rented together for a total of 21-29 sleeping spaces. For a stay of 3 until 6 nights add 25% to the booking price. Arrivals must take place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.ACCOMMODATION: Gr.
