Villa Russelia is located in a peaceful, exclusive barriered cul-de-sac. Perfect choice for families and couples. A short walk to a small beach area. Great for paddling, bird watching and walking. You are able to walk along the beach to Latsi, which will take approximately 15/20 minutes.
The villa location is a short car journey to the Harbour of Latsi and the Baths of Aphrodite.

The Russelia Villa is 3 floors. On the ground floor the entrance leads to the downstairs bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and the large open plan living and dining room with 2 glass sliding doors that takes you to the patio, perfect for alfresco dining.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms all with en-suites. All 3 bedrooms have beautiful sea views and connectioning balconys.
The second floor is a large sun terrace, perfect for watching the sunset over the Akamas. The sun terrace has stunning views of olive fields, Latsi Harbour, Akamas National Park and the mediterranean sea.
The large garden will have you surrounded with Mediterranean plants and trees, plenty of space to move with the sunshine throughout the day and a large pool with Roman steps for cooling down.
The pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture such as table, chair and sun loungers and a dining area for al fresco dining in the hot summer days.
The surrounding area of the villa is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, convenient stores only a short 2.3km car journey away.
Into the town of Polis you will find larger supermarkets and even more restaurants, shops and bars.
