This elegant brand new villa is in an enviable location, with stunning sea views and the coastline directly in front, it is 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and café-bar, with the supermarket a five minute drive.
The swimming pool has a covered dining area and is surrounded by olive-tree clad hillsides on either side, with the sea a fabulous blue catching the eye from every angle. Inside, a palette of gentle greys, taupes, ochre and lilac shades blend into a timeless backdrop for a soothing and restful refuge, with the wonderful ocean views framed by the patio windows.
Comfort and an inviting ambience is the inspiration of the owner, with cosy sofas in the main living area and a lovely grey granite kitchen for simple breakfasts and sumptuous dinners.
