Cala dei Ginepri, hidden by dense vegetation and rocks shaped by time, with views of the Gulf of Arzachena, is home to Villa Stella, a perfect representative of the typical architecture of the Costa Smeralda, with its exposed granite stone in perfect synergy with the natural elements. The sunlight that passes through the house thanks to the windows bestows on the living area a riot of hues, enhancing the red of the beautiful velvet sofa and the wonderful colours of the Murano glass chandeliers. A living area overlooking the garden will welcome guests with a large table and two sofas where they can relax. As a backdrop to all this, a spectacular, lushly-green garden, enriched by an outdoor living area with barbecue where you can admire the sunset while enjoying a delicious dinner and a glass of wine. A little further down, in a secluded area, a beautiful swimming pool completes this unique villa, the ideal place to breathe in the scents of the sea which is just a few steps away and easily reachable on foot.
Interior:
Villa Stella has just one floor. A large automatic gate opens towards the private parking areas and a stone walkway, surrounded by native vegetation leads, up 4 steps, to the main entrance of the villa. Here, a sliding glass door leads to the first living room, elegantly furnished with fine furniture, and to the fully-equipped kitchenette, from where the living area branches off to the left and the sleeping area to the right. The living area, brightly-lit thanks to the windows all around it, consists of a large dining room with direct access to the external living area and garden and communicating (up two steps) with the sitting room with two large sofas; it also has direct access to the garden, down four steps. The sleeping area consists of a hallway, with a bathroom serving the living area, leading to the bedrooms: a twin bedroom with bunk beds with ensuite bathroom with shower and a covered veranda overlooking the garden, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and outdoor living area with sea view and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the garden. The laundry room is located in an adjacent room. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The dark green of the Mediterranean scrub and its unmistakable scent that awakens the olfactory essences of the wooded vegetation close to the sea are the setting for Villa Stella, surrounded by a completely-fenced and terraced park, among olives, holm oaks and strawberry trees, luxuriant bushes of aromatic plants, myrtle, laurel and rosemary, and gently coloured by the beautiful flowers of the bougainvillea and plumbago; ensuring its privacy are elegant evergreen garden hedges and spontaneous vegetation. A large swimming pool and a spacious outdoor living area with barbecue will ensure guests a holiday in which they can relax, surrounded by nature. In this corner of paradise you can enjoy an atmosphere of tranquillity, far from the chaos of everyday life.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in a secluded area of the property, set on a lower terrace which can be reached down a flight of 19 stone steps. Irregularly-shaped and measuring 9 x 4,5 m with a depth of 1,65 m, the pool is lined in PVC, bordered by stone and marble paving and has salt purification, a large internal spotlight and 4 submerged steps for access to the water. The surrounding sunbathing area is equipped with a large umbrella, sunbeds and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
