Villa Subtila is a beautiful, newly refurbished 16th-century farmhouse set on the top of one of the sloping hills of Umbria. The villa offers spectacular views of the medieval castle of Antognolla and its 18 hole championship golf course.

Security deposit?
€1500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner as a pre-authorisation upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Changeover day?
Saturday in high season. Flexible during all other periods.

4.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost. Please enquire for more details.
Departure time?
10.00 a.m.
End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Yes (towels are changed mid-week and linen is changed mid-stay for bookings of two consecutive weeks).
