Summer Melody
Beautiful cozy elegant vacation home with 4 bedrooms offers room for up to 8 guests.This vacation home was decorated and furnished in a modern and elegant way just end of December 2016. Waking up in the large main bedroom with the huge window for a lot of light and entrance door to the pool area make you sleep in maybe a little longer, you can enjoy the sunrise here over the pool area and canal. Adjacent to the bedroom is a spacious main bathroom with corner bath tub, walk in shower and double sink / granite vanity. We have 3 more bedrooms, all with Queen size bed, closet, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower / tub combination and the 4th bedroom facing the pool has an own pool bath with walk in shower. Cooking and BBQ is fun here, the gourmet kitchen is huge with real wood cabinets and granite counter, BBQ Weber gas grill is in the pool area. Enjoy sunrise and sunset with perfect south exposure either at the electrically heated pool or down by the canal at the tiki hut. We are looking forward welcoming you here at your next vacation in Cape Coral.

Wunderschones helles freundliches Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern bietet Villa Summer Melody fur bis zu 8 Gasten Platz. Das Ferienhaus wurde Ende Dezember 2016 mit viel Aufwand und Hingabe modern und elegant eingerichtet ein groBzugiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit dem grossen Fenster und Zugang zum Poolbereich und Blick uber den Kanal machen ein Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig mit einer Eckbadewanne, 2 Waschbecken und einer groBen Dusche. 2 Gastezimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer das mittig liegt, das 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool. Viel SpaB beim Kochen hat man in der groBen Kuche mit Granitabdeckung, auch der Weber- Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Essen in gemutlicher Atmosphare am Pool zum Erlebnis. Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Wasser beim Tiki Hut, hier kann man viele Vogel, Fische und mit viel Gluck auch Delphine oder Seekuhe beobachten, der Kanal hat Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko. Mit der perfekten Poolausrichtung nach Suden kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Der Pool ist elektrisch heizbar, somit auch das ganze Jahr nutzbar.Freuen Sie sich auf einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im wundervollen Summer Melody.
