This stand-alone, two-story villa has recently been refurbished with modern and design furniture and is fully equipped and very comfortable. The villa features outstanding design combined with utmost functionality and offers absolute quietness. The villa has four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a European luxury kitchen, a tropical garden and a private pool to cool off in while you gaze at the endless Caribbean Sea. The villa is located on an elevated part of the resort.
Villa Sunshine is designed in a way for you to enjoy the refreshing trade winds year-round, and enjoy the shade on the hottest moments of the day. This villa has breathtaking views from all sides. The ever-enchanting waters of the Caribbean Sea and the romantic sunsets can be admired from every part of the villa, whether you are in the living area, the bedroom or the guest room. The master bedroom with a private bathroom and with patio doors gives you direct access to the porch. The other two bedrooms are located in the back of the villa and share another bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
