Summary: Location excellent with only a three minute walk to a large supermarket and local restaurant's, bar, shops and cinema. 15 min walk to the main area, beach and numerous restaurants. The pool at the villa was a good size for a swim and enjoyed by all. Rolando was an excellent host and always available for any issues, advice etc. Our main complaint was the state of the linen which was replaced after the first week but frankly it all needs to be renewed. The pillows in our room on the ground floor after you take the covers off were in a poor condition and stained. When we first arrived the towels left were old and at our request Rolando immediately replaced them. Needs a chopping board in the kitchen and minor issues like no salt/pepper pots were something which we would expect for a large Villa which costs a significant amount to rent. We had an excellent holiday in a good Villa in an excellent position. Rolando a charming host needs to address the minor and not particularly expensive upgrades to bring it up to 5 star quality
