Positive: Lovely location in a small village, spacious interiors. Good views. Well equipped kitchen. Books in many languages. Spar on the otherside of the road.

Negative: Multiple water damages visible in the ceiling and walls. They had been fixed by just paint so obviously there is mold in the sturctures of the house. We managed by keeping the windows open when sleeping. We expected a house to our selves but there was an apartment upstairs and maybe downstairs as well. Entrering the upstairs apartment made a lot of noise and first time it occurred at night time we got an awful fright. The owner (?) also appeared unannounced with a group of people to the garden and wanted to show our terrace to the people. I said not to as my sun was studying there. They still were peaking to the terrace round the corner, my son told me. The chairs on the terrace were broken and very dangerous. Very noisy dogs in the neighbourhood that kept barking throughout the nights.
