Gorgeous villa with spectacular views over 200 islands on the Maddalena archipelago. It consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a dining table on a covered surface of about 70 sqm. Outdoor terrace overlooking the sea with dining table. From the entrance you can access a large well-equipped private garden with BBQ.
Porto Rafael was born at the beginning of the 1960s on the idea of Rafael Neville, Count Berlanga, with the help of architects and entrepreneurs in the area.
After acquiring, in 1962, two hectares of land, Neville constructs the first building, its casita, adjacent to the sea, north of the beach. The house will be sold in 1965 to the English painter John Strachey.
Around the square, designed by Rafael himself, some of the locals, gathering points of the beautiful life of those years, arose shortly. In fact, Porto Rafael quickly became a vacation destination for artists, artists, industry and noblemen from all over the world.
