On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with open pool view and sunbathing area. Also near the pool there is an outdoor dining area protecting from the sun where you can spend time during the hot summer days. A stone barbecue as well located few steps away from the pool. On the ground floor there is also a very nice modern kitchen with bar chairs and spacious dining room with a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third room has two single beds. At the top of the house is a roof terrace that guarantees complete privacy arranged for relaxation and enjoyment. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the sea. For enjoyment and relaxation there is a jacuzzi, sauna, mini bar, sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The terrace provides moments for a lifetime of memory.
