This cozy 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Pool Home has all the charm and character of a downtown 100yr old property in the historic district of Palmetto. This single-family home is located in the Downtown Palmetto area minutes away from the Manatee River and some of the best restaurants around. The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only explore the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also to Bradenton, Sarasota or St Pete/ Tampa. The property is conveniently located close to the Bradenton Convention Center, Downtown Bradenton, Grocery stores, Palmetto fishing pier, a boat ramp, and some of the best waterfront restaurants around. If you are looking for a little adventure you can travel across the bridge to the downtown riverwalk with scenic views along with a playground, splash pad and skate park for the kids!
