The exclusive villa of 145m2 is in the quiet urbanization of Roca de Malvet in Santa Cristina d'Aro 1km from the town center, 10min by car from the beach and 20km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large garden area with barbecue and private pool with sunbeds for sunbathing. The three bedrooms consist of a double bed, another double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with washer and dryer, flat screen TV, parking area and wifi throughout the establishment. The delivery of keys and check in takes place from 4pm to 9pm with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 28 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay in this tucked away house in the hills with great views. The amenities were good, recent renovations in bathrooms are great, and it had a well stocked kitchen with appliances. The private pool was clear and clean and the outside entertainment area was fabulous. We were disappointed with the management company. We had to drive to another location to pick up and return keys. Once inside the house it was stuffy and had not been aired out. The house does not have air conditioning and the fans are the only way to cool the house in the midst of a heat wave, which we were not made aware of. Also their listing said 4 bedrooms when it fact it is only 3 plus a sleeper couch in the lounge area. Overall we had everything we needed to make it a pleasant stay.
