This level is consisted of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, area for dining with table and chairs, living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, modern furniture and the latest technology LCD TV and DVD player. Living area is separated by a glass wall from the spacious balcony (17m²). There are three bedrooms on this floor. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third room is equipped with two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower. The first and the second floor are connected by an external staircase. There are two apartments on the second floor.
