It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one located next to the rooms and the other in the area of the covered terrace at the bottom of the house, a kitchen equipped with all the living room appliances, and a very large entrance terrace in the front of the house. About 5 minutes from the beach of Palma Nova Magaluf, and Santa Ponsa where there are leisure areas shops, bars, discos etc. About 20 minutes from the airport and 15 from Palma and the port.
The house also has national and international television and free Wi-Fi. And of heat and cold pumps in all rooms and living room. The town's markets are Mondays. It is located 10 minutes from the western park water park, Marineland, Kathmandu.

Summary: A spacious, neat home. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. The view of the church in te village is very beautiful. The village of Calvía is nice and quiet, but the sights are nearby. The beach for example is10 minutes drive by car. Excellent home for a family with childeren or several adults.
