Positive: The location. We have stayed here several times before because it is close to family.
Negative: Wanted to call the office to get wifi info. There wasn't a phone in the room. The electric outlets in the dining area didn't work. Starting to run out of toilet paper, and there wasn't another roll available. We booked a room for 2, but only had one set of towels. Not management's problem, but people in next room had visitors that were outside our room, talking and visiting till around 2 a.m., including kids.
