This beautiful 3 bed property is furnished to the highest standards with everything you could dream of to make your holiday perfect. It is located across from the world-famous Villamartin Plaza in a fully gated secure community.
Downstairs you have a large living room and dining area perfect for the house, full UK TV and FREE Wifi. The kitchen has all of the mod con's you can imagine so you can enjoy cooking for the family. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, both with 2 single beds in each as well a full family-style bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a super king bed or can be split into 2 singles with its ensuite shower and large private balcony. The entire house is fully air-conditioned.
In front, there is a nice terrace as well a small garden set up for dining when you have the family BBQ. The communal pool is literally meters from your front steps! Simply put, a perfect place to call home when on holiday in Spain.
The Townhouse is literally a one-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall. this is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in Europe only a 7 minutes drive away.
A supermarket and a taxi rank is right next to the plaza.....only a 1 minutes walk. Villamartin golf course is only a 5 min walk and there are numerous fabulous courses all over the region, from the famous La finca, las Ramblas, Campamour courses to name but a few.
There are plenty of fabulous blue flag beaches.......La Zenia beach is less than 7 mins drive. There is a bus stop and plenty of taxis right outside the plaza.
