This delightful villa that can comfortably accommodate 4 people, is located in a lush garden with a beautiful private swimming pool that turns out to be a real oasis of peace and refreshment in the countryside that surrounds it.
It can be reached driving through cultivated fields even using some dirt roads (in very good state), but as soon as you enter the villa’s small gate comes the surprise: palm trees, green lawns, flowers everywhere and a large well-kept swimming pool, the perfect alternative for those who do not like the crowds of the beaches in August.
But, sea and beach lovers can reach the coast in a few minutes and choose between the equipped beaches of Marina di Grosseto or the wilder ones of Principina.
You enter the house from a covered terrace where guests can relax in comfortable armchairs and sip an aperitif in the evening before a delicious BBQ dinner. From the living room, furnished with great taste, you reach the sleeping area. Here you find the master bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and the second bedroom with two single beds and its private en-suite bathroom.
The other side of the living room leads to the kitchen, not large, but equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
The French window door of the kitchen opens on the side of the house where a large gazebo is situated, practically the real dining room of the house, furnished with a large table and above all with a brick barbecue perfect for great barbecues during summer evenings.
During your stay a gardener and a pool attendant will discreetly make sure that everything is always perfect for your well-being.
The house is located a few kilometers from a military airport, so in some hours of certain days (during the week) you might be annoyed by the noise of Eurofighter practicing ... it's not a big inconvenience also because the exercises have a limited duration, but it's right that you know.
