Positive: Great location. Nice size room. Very clean. Vacasa staff very helpful in getting us into the room same day after Booking.com double booked us at a local location.
Negative: The property was fine . Booking.com needs to get it act together if they are involved in a double booking situation. No offer of any restitution sort from to offer to pay any excess above the original reservation cost. Wow! Thanks for nothing!
Summary: The stay was great. Booking.com are poor when things go wrong.
