The four bedroom, three bath home is located at the narrows in the main channel; at Point Vivian, between the TI Bridge and Alexandria Bay, NY and offers ample parking with two garages and additional driveway spaces plus extra parking close by. Recently remodeled with ADA accessibility, modern amenities offered include wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, and laundry facilities. The sandy swimming area, linens, and dock age make this home a “river rat’s” perfect getaway. Just bring your toothbrush and you are ready to enjoy the river “up close and personal”. Leaf peepers love the beautiful sun sets and wonderful leaf colors. Fisherman really enjoy catching fish off our peninsular. There is a big bass just waiting to be caught.
