Welcome to Vista Retreat! The owners, originally from Utah with Arizona ties, are excited to start a new chapter with investment properties in and around Sierra Vista. They hope you enjoy Vista Retreat as much as they do as they strive to provide a peaceful home away from home where guests can be stress free. One of their favorite places of the home is the backyard that provides a serene atmosphere to relax and have a cup of coffee or tea while listening to the music of the local birds.
Vista Retreat is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in Pueblo del Sol Country Club Estates, within walking distance of the Pueblo Del Sol Golf Course and Country Club. The home features ample space to sit and relax inside and outdoors. Sit in the shade of the covered back patio and enjoy the garden view frequently visited by cotton-tail rabbits and various birds.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite and king bed, down the hall a guest room features two twin beds and a queen bed occupies the third bedroom. A group of 6 will easily have space to stretch out and relax.
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a small fourth bedroom that is used for supplies.
Pueblo del Sol Country Club Estates is an established neighborhood surrounding the Pueblo Del Sol Golf Course and Country Club. It is less than a mile from the Sierra Vista Mall and restaurants. There is a walking trail around the entire neighborhood, great for jogging, walking or cycling. This home provides beautiful mountain views with wonderful hiking trails such as Ramsey Canyon, Carr Canyon and Coronado Peak Trail just miles down the road. Fort Huachuca is just minutes away.
Vista Transit - there are three bus routes serving the City of Sierra Vista Monday through Friday, plus two Saturday routes, one to Fort Huachuca. The map on the other side of the EZ Guide (featured on their website) shows each of the routes and the major destinations it serves.
Uber/Lyft - The fastest and most reliable way to get around is by Uber or Lyft. You just need to simply download the app. If you haven’t used Uber or Lyft before then your first trip is usually free!
Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC - Sierra Vista Shuttle LLC is a family owned business that provides shuttle services from Sierra Vista/Ft. Huachuca to the Tucson Airport, Phoenix Airport as well as shuttle services from the Benson AMTRAK Station to Sierra Vista.
There is a garden in the backyard that are guest are welcome to harvest from during the growing season.
