- The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.
- This apartment is on N. Broad Street, which is a major arterial street in Philadelphia. There is potential for street noise at night especially during warm weather days when cars are more plentiful.
- There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24-hour security desk.
- Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.
- Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement
- We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.
- The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning services to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for an additional fee.
- For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.
