Situated on the edge of the calm waters of Napean Bay, with absolute beach frontage, it makes the perfect holiday home to relax, unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The safe swimming beach on your doorstep also offers ample opportunities to explore and discover the amazing sea life.
Featuring uninterrupted sea views from most rooms of the house and also the added bonus of all queen sized bedrooms having beautiful sunrise views out over Nepean Bay. The large bi-fold doors on the lower level open, to let the outside in , extending the dining area and letting the cooling sea breezes flow through the house. A private balcony area upstairs offers a perfect retreat area to enjoy the view.
There is plenty of room for everyone, as there are lounge rooms located on both levels, which both include a home entertainment system which has a Chrome cast on it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on both levels for your convenience, which also help to ensure adequate privacy.
Downstairs is an open plan design, with desperate sitting area and TV area Which has a Chrome caster on it, all have incredible views. Situated in the middle of the house is a modern well appointed kitchen that overlooks the dining and living areas. There are 2 Queen-sized bedrooms on this level, with the added bonus of a well stocked library area that includes DVD's, games and some toys to keep the younger ones entertained, there is something for everyone. To complete this level there is a bathroom and a separate laundry which also has access out onto a covered outdoor BBQ sitting area.
There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, this includes a large master bedroom that takes advantage of the views up and down the coast. You can choose to relax and unwind . The upstairs lounge area is a great place to escape after a busy day and has direct access to the upstairs balcony. there is queen sized bedroom on this level and a large bedroom containing 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4. Upstairs there is a separate, toilet, bathroom and vanity area which helps when there are large numbers staying in the house.
Wahroonga On The Water is perfectly located in the center of the island, with easy access to walking/ bike track, it is only a short walk to Kingscote (KI's largest town) and the added bonus of the airport only 10 mins away. The choice is yours, you can swim, explore the island, go fishing, walk, read or choose to just relax and unwind in style.
