This two bedroom, two bath upper Wailea Ekolu condo overlooks the 10th fairway of the famous Wailea Old Blue Course. The vaulted ceilings and many windows provide an open, bright and airy tropical feeling. The privacy of this unit cannot be overemphasized as you relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets from two of your three private lanais where no other units face you! This is the perfect perch for whale watching from Dec.- Apr. when the humpback whales migrate to this area to breed and give birth. Wailea Ekolu #306 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with an ocean view with A/C in the living room and both bedrooms. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms provide queen beds, and televisions. The master bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower. For your beach days, Wailea Ekolu #306 provides beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available.

Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable.
