Our unit offers fabulous year-round Ozark Mountain, woodsy views from a 20-foot covered private deck. RELAX and ENJOY the sights and sounds of the Ozark Mountains from the chat set/chaise lounge, or dining with family and friends on the open outdoor table with seating for six and an outdoor ceiling fan for comfort on those warm, hot summer days!
*Enjoy a clean, well-stocked, unit that includes interior upgrades, new furniture and appliances, including full size dishwasher, stove/oven and refrigerator with ice machine.
*Secured WI-FI (Private password protected) throughout the unit and decks. Hi-speed router for HD videos, Zoom mtgs. and multiple devices.
*Washer and dryer provided in the unit.
*Put those tired feet up and relax in the dual reclining couch and enjoy cable on 55-inch flat screen TV and 4K Blu-ray DVD player in the living room.
*Both bedrooms have 39" flat screen TV's and DVD players as well. (Bring your favorite movies or watch some of the classic DVD's we have provided for family enjoyment)
*Have a great night sleep with luxury bed linens and pillows on the comfy queen and king mattresses.

*Notch Estates also offers a basketball court (bring your basketball), sheltered picnic area and rocky walking trails leading down to an Ozark mountain valley, private 5-acre catch and release lake for fishing (no license required). Bring your own fishing gear and folding chairs.
*Check-in is self-guided by key code, no keys to keep track of or turn in!
Convenient access to SILVER DOLLAR CITY - Approximately 2-miles / 5-minute drive offering a convenient right-hand turn onto Indian Point Road to SDC and minutes away from many other local attractions. You can hear the Silver Dollar City train whistle in the Notch Community. You are so close to the park, that you can use the same-day visitor re-entry pass and run back for a quick bite to eat, swim or nap before going back for the evening shows or the spectacular lights in November and December.
HAVE A BOAT: Notch Estates has a FREE designated boat trailer parking available during your stay (space is limited). The parking area is non-secured but does have a security camera. We suggest you bring a hitch lock. Check for availability and approval at time of reservation. No boat parking is allowed in front of the condo per HOA rules.
