Don't miss this "fan favorite" Cape Cod Vacation Rental home in Chatham with heated pool that is very close to Harding's Beach (.3 miles to Chatham's most popular family beach). The home also sleeps up to 10 people!
Just down the road is the private association dock to cast your fishing rod from or launch a kayak. You are also welcome to enjoy the family-friendly picnic area! Have a motorboat? Feel free to launch it at the public town landing less than 1 mile away, at the end of Barn Hill Road- there is also a public dock for loading and unloading!
This luxury rental offers an open floor plan, light and spacious, central air and includes free WiFi! From the Mahogany deck you will enter a large chef's kitchen with a center island. Stainless steel appliances, white cabinets and granite countertops create a modern feel to this open kitchen - perfect for preparing family meals and still be able to be part of the action! Three chairs at the breakfast bar add more seating and encourages the kids to hang out while the grown ups are cooking!
With beautiful rich wood floors throughout, the open concept living room with TV and adjoining dining room are more than ample for the rest of the family. The local rock front fireplace is the focal point of the living room and the sliders off the dining room lead to the amazing outside area.
There is a second family room with a large flat-screen TV on the main floor. First floor bedroom has a king size bed with a sweet coastal feel with the shades blue. There is a full bath with a tub and shower off the hall.
There is a queen sofa bed on the upper level landing - a bonus sleeping area if needed. The master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bath including a jacuzzi tub and extra-large shower - sliders open to an upper deck to take in the summer sun. Another spacious bedroom with King size bed is on the upper floor with gas fireplace, and en-suite bath with a glass enclosed shower! A 5-position futon can be configured to open to accommodate anything from a twin to a king bed!
The lower level has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and closet , half bath and family room with natural stone hearth, comfy sectional couch and so much more.
