4 Bedroom House in Lakeview, Huntsville
This is my family home that I have decided to rent while travelling. It is a very special home with lots of room and character. Hope to rent out to families looking for a comfortable home to make memories together cooking, dining, watching Christmas movies, and spending quality time around the campfire; as well as responsible/clean young adults taking advantage of proximity to Mad River Mountain skiing/snowboarding.
Master suite w/ stall shower and spa tub with jets. Large deck-private backyard. In-ground firepit-wood onsite. Large kitchen. Separate freezer chest. 14' trampoline. 60" TV in living room w/ great sounding stereo-connected to computer/internet for maximum surfing content, login to any account online or just put the kids on the Youtube.
Gas grill, large backyard deck. Air fryer, blender, & french press in kitchen - large kitchen with gas range stove/oven. Triple filtered and softened water - with R/O reverse osmosis at the sink/fridge. Every time I travel I miss my water - both shower for hair and skin, and drinking out of sink/fridge.
Master bedroom has attached nursery that can fully close for quiet napping: with crib, changing dresser, and plush rocking/swivel chair. Master is downstairs and private from rest of house. Upstairs is three bedrooms and full bath. The largest (19' x 10') bedroom is great for the kiddos - has two queen air mattresses and 50" TV - bring their Nintendo's and cords - also has drum set they can play to stay occupied while you're at Cranberries.
Large washer/dryer. Backyard has in ground firepit and firewood/kindling available in the wood shed as well as marshmallow / bratwurst metal roaster sticks, and Tiki-torches. The firepit has a "dakota" air flue with fan to "turbo charge" the fire and minimize smoke - works very well.
The master has king size 12" nova foam mattress. 2 of 3 bedrooms upstairs have queen size 12" nova foam mattresses. All are extremely comfortable. Each have a waterproof mattress protector that is cleaned with all linens each turn. I rent a lot of VRBO's and understand the importance of clean comfort.
There are two queen size air mattresses in the 4th bedroom. As well there is an additional queen size air mattress that you can set up in the living room or nursery to accommodate all the kiddos. So in total; 1 king nova foam mattress, 2 queen nova foam mattresses, and 3 queen air mattresses.
Quality high chair for infants and toddlers is in home and accessible. Crib is also setup and ready to use in the nursery.
