III. The kitchenette has a Jenn-Air. Downdraft Electric Cooktop, 4 conventional coils, 2 interchangeable to a dual coil barbecue-very rare (web search it). The countertop oven is large enough for cooking a lamb shank. Blender, George Foreman grill & more. Three sides of the Kitchenette are walled, & the fourth is open because of the BBQ as mandated by Fire Departments. It faces the pool & has an additional wall fan.
A fun thing to do on vacation & BENEFITS OF BARBECUING. BBQ heats as fast as a regular burner & the grill is ready. It can still be used even in the worst of weather. Guests are delighted they don't have to cook in or adjacent to a bed area & stink up the beds
IV. This place is not a concrete jungle multi-floored unit on concrete stilts, like the condos up & down these Bay Area beaches. No late-night drunks, modified cars, loud Harley's, partying people, with homes whose beach views are blocked by dunes for ocean surging, No point paying 300% extra or more. Beaches which are barrier islands. Home could be considered Waterfront. On one side is a large Pond with a fountain
V. This is a home away from home. Come down here & unwind, Guests so far have expressed that it is more than they expected In winter, the demand for fully furnished vacation rentals, more so on & off the beaches is overwhelming, with few or none available. Most of the better places like this are booked a year before or more in advance

The freezer can take a full Pizza & full-size, Ice cream containers & doors can hold large 2-liter soda bottles or Wine bottles, unlike very limited-size refrigerators found in resorts. Guests are 35 years or older (Not a senior community) & dog/s are less than 35 pounds similar to other HOAs
NOT SUITABLE FOR A 3RD ADULT $9.50 per night extra for a kid. A Toddler/kid bed is available. The maximum age is preschool one Child or grandchild.
A fee of $8.75 per night extra for each dog. Dogs need to be low or non-shedding, non-chewing, certainly trained & housebroken with no behavioral issues. Puppies are not permissible. If the dog's weight is a little over, please message me
Heating Is Extra for the hot tub or the pool. Either one is heated with Propane. Pricing depends on delivery & gas prices. Request at least 5 days prior to arrival & requires prepayment of $125, similar to other home rentals. Pay only for the actual usage
Smoking is permitted ONLY in the outside patio & pool area.
Like many other properties, the HOA now requires a signed STRA (Short-Term Rental Agreement) latest a day prior to arrival. Owner must have a signed STRA to come onto the property. To do this we must have guests’ names & IDs. No substitutions are permissible. HOAs need Owners to retain copies of IDs for all overnight guests for their entire stay, after repeated problems with reveling & damage. They are certainly not provided to any HOA
