Bedroom 2: One double bed and 1 twin bunk bed, closet for storage.

Lower Level Full Bathroom: Stand-up shower.
All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.
Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.
All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Enjoy meals at the kitchen island or gather in the open-concept living area.
Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire property (other than home owner`s locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.
We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located by the garage, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
