This 2BR/2BA second-floor unit offers direct access to the best of Keystone.
Walk to the slopes in minutes, or drive one minute down the road to the Keystone Resort Golf and Tennis Club.
The clubhouse is located next to the building and includes a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain.
Our unit is stocked with amenities and includes a fully equipped kitchen.

• Loft bedroom (upstairs): Queen bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower.
• Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.
• Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, wood-burning fireplace (wood available locally), large flat-screen TV, and open layout.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed for your stay.
• Balcony: Private with views of the ski slopes, mountains, and Snake River.
• Extras: In-unit washer and dryer. Wildlife sightings are common from the balcony.

Keystone Resort is right outside your door, and you’re also within easy driving distance of A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Loveland Ski Area.

We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).
Please note:
• This unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator—one flight of stairs to reach the condo.
• Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.

PARKING: There is 1 assigned parking space #413 in the heated garage (no code, door opens). Another spot is available in the front lot, (no guarantee) first come first serve parking. 2 parking passes are in the front of the "Welcome Book". Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement charge.
CLUBHOUSE:
The hot tub, sauna and pool are in the Clubhouse. Located across the walkway in the front lobby building. Pool towels can be found on a shelf in the entryway. Hours are from 6am-10pm daily (hours are subject to change per the H.O.A.).
SKI LOCKER:
Key is hanging by the front door and the ski locker is located in the foyer at the bottom of the stairs. $75 replacement cost if the key is not returned at check-out.
FIREPLACE:
Is wood burning; fire wood can be bought at most gas stations and City Market. Caution: Do NOT use liquid fire starters/fluids, as they are fire hazards. *Important*- make sure the flue is open by sliding the handle all the way to the right (located in the vent above fireplace doors).
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets. (If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove)
SATELLITE TV & STREAMING:
Both TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
Are in the hallway closet. You are provided with detergent in the closet left of the washer & dryer.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Located on the hallway next to the kitchen should a breaker trip.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom, hallway and kitchen/ living room. Do not put clothing on baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take your bagged trash out to the dumpster (located in the front parking lot) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the kitchen cabinet above the fridge. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out, include this property name in the email.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
