Cute 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a lovely historic building. So close to University of Washington and a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. Neighborhood market across the street and Trader Joe's nearby. 5-minute walk to the light rail for downtown or airport. Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. I always allow free early check-in if possible. Please note there is no elevator and no assigned parking.
This comfortable space is set-up for one person or a couple. It is a cozy one-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of a historic 1926 building.

✓Natural hair and body products are provided along with fluffy towels, cotton sheets, fleece blankets and bamboo quilt.

✓Laundry facilities in the basement.

1. Due to HOA rules, I will need to have you sign a waiver for using the fire escape stairs before you can access the apartment, plus a simple rental agreement.
2. For stays of 30 days or more the HOA requires a background check.
3. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
4. There is no assigned parking space. There is free street parking and paid parking nearby.
5. When you first arrive at the property I will need to buzz you in using the call box.
