This beautiful hand crafted home has been the hard work and love of three generations of my family. Offering beautiful interior woodwork making you feel right at home. This is a home meant for a relaxing getaway not for a weekend party. We ask that only clean and quiet guests inquire about our rental. Please note that failure to follow the rules could end in you losing your deposit. Please read our rules in the rules section of this listing and the cost of braking them so you are familiar. This getaway home offers approximately 750 Sq Ft. in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Sitting on 5 acres of secluded land where privacy is key. This rental includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower (no bathtub). Outside is a hot tub and large play area for kids and family providing a stunning view of the Chalk Cliffs and Mount Princeton. I personally am living in the upstairs living quarters along with my sons mother, my son, our dogs Vader and rosco and our cat river. I personally oversee and manage the property. My space is separate from yours. I will respect your privacy and when I am home feel free to approach me with any needs you may have. Also note we do have video surveillance of the parking area and hot tub. This is for extra security for our guests belongings. The surveillance only covers the parking area and hot tub.
One last thing to note if you are renting in the winter months please have a four wheel drive vehicle. We are on a private dirt road. We do have central heating to heat the house And there is also a fireplace in your living area. I do provide Firewood for six dollars a bundle.
