The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, TV and Tommy Bahama furniture / linens. The master bath has a double sink vanity, glass shower with a HUGE walk-in closet. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Everything was newly furnished in 2022. There is a Bosch W/D inside the 1350 square feet condo. This slice of paradise is on the 2nd floor - access via stairs and/or elevator.
BBQ grill and communal fire pit are adjacent to the building. You will enjoy these once the sun goes down or on cooler evenings. Deeded beach access is directly across the street! Walking distance to Zota Hotel located across the street offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This community has plenty of amenities….2 heated pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness center, clubhouse activities, kayak ramps, walking trails and 2 marinas where you will always spot a manatee. There are 7 buildings and a few villas located on this tropical gem of 23 acres on the water. The construction on Windward Bay is complete and the new landscape is stunning!
Longboat Key has pristine blue waters, gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico and amazing restaurants on island. St Armand’s which offers ample shopping and dinning is 5 miles away. Siesta Key is a 25 min drive. Anna Marie Island is a few miles north. This condo is a 20 minute drive from Sarasota airport and about 1 hour 20 min from either Tampa or Fort Meyers depending on traffic. Bike, Kayak and Paddle board rentals are available 1/4 mile away. You will have access to your own private ground floor storage room to store bikes, golf clubs, floats etc.
