Summary: Cottage has been re-done with new floors, roof, stone and paver patio, outdoor fireplace and is well furnished inside. The barrel steam room down by the water is a nice bonus addition to enjoy.Communication with the property manager, Allison, was seamless and professional. Check-in / Check-out process was also easy and straightforward. The Carriage House (semi-attached) was not used during our stay, but could easily be a spillover room with its own separate entrance, bath and bedroom (studio).Parking along the street is a little narrow for a boat if towing anything. One do-better would be to further raise / build up the gravel parking spot along the side of the house to better accommodate larger vehicles.
