Located on a private and quiet residential road, with only one immediate neighbour to the south, our cottage offers everything you would ever need to unwind and relax - no matter the season! This modern, newly furnished home includes a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a large open concept living/dining area.
Hop in the lake for a refreshing swim during those dog days of summer, or relax and keep cool with our in-home A/C. In the winter, warm up with a hot chocolate by the fireplace or a dip in the hot tub.

Our cottage can sleep up to six people comfortably. 2 per Queen/Double bed (3 beds total); and if you're looking to space out we offer two twin top bunk beds.
Bedroom #1 offers a comfortable queen bed, dresser, TV with Chromecast capability, and a small closet for your belongings.
Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds; each with a double bed on the bottom and twin beds up top. The room also has a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, and a dresser. Perfect for families with kids!

Our up-to-date kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs. Enjoy cooking with large counter tops and ample cabinet storage. Various kitchen, dining and BBQ utensils are also provided. Appliances included: a stovetop oven, fridge, large deep freezer, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, blender, coffee maker and espresso machine (please bring your own espresso ground!).

Spend quality time around our sizeable ten-seater dining table overlooking the Trent-Severn Waterway. Relax in the living area that surrounds our stunning gas fireplace with a floor to ceiling stone chimney. Unwind on our various lounge furniture while watching our mounted swivel 55’ flat screen TV (equipped with Netflix, CraveTV, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ guest accounts).

BBQ dinner with a breathtaking sunset view on our newly built entertainment deck, equipped with a six-piece patio dining set and additional seating. Our flat lawn is perfect for outdoor games such as Corn Hole and Ladder Ball. Toast a s’more or grill a fire-dog around our firepit with six Muskoka chairs. Enjoy water access from the dock (summer months only) to fish, swim, and experience our water toys. Take our canoe, kayak, huge floating mat, or paddleboat out for a day on the water. Canal lake is also a popular ice fishing spot for fishing enthusiasts in the winter (please note - all equipment must be brought by guests).
