This peaceful home rests on nearly and acre of lush lawn with a private dock on the river. Gourmet kitchen with accommodating separate refrigerator and freezer and two dishwashers. Wonderful space for outdoor games, barbecuing and sunbathing. Downstairs has a large game room,TV room, air hockey and foosball. Upstairs there is a large comfortably furnished TV room with incredible views of the water and mountains. Just North of Lincoln Rock State Park where you can put your boat or jet skis in the water,

Plenty of room for your family: 5 bedroom, 3 bath, dining room, family room and game room. The master bedroom has a full sofa bed. A downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, also has a futon sofa and the downstairs living room is equipped with two Costco sofa beds whose foot pulls out to make a large, flat sleeping space. Lots of fun to be had on the river, centrally located near Golfing resorts, Lake Chelan, Leavenworth and Mission Ridge.
